Our faculty members have a workplace role that is unique; they are conducting research and leading research labs, advising, coaching and instructing undergraduate and graduate students, managing patient care, and more. Two of the offices that report to our Provost ensure faculty appointments are managed and the unique needs of our esteemed faculty are met across schools.

- Faculty recruitment and retention initiatives; orientation, workshops and events for new and junior faculty; work with leaders to support a diverse faculty
